SDG Billet Aluminum 2.5" Fox Upgrade Reservoir Schrader Endcap Kit

The SDG Reservoir end caps are designed to replace the OEM needle-style fill end caps on Fox UTV shocks found on most Polaris, Honda, Yamaha, Can-Am, Kawasaki and Arctic Cat models using a 2.5” diameter aluminum reservoir. These are designed to replace the OEM needle rubber nitrogen fill port style end caps on Fox UTV shocks, which are prone to leaking nitrogen and rendering the shock useless. The rubber pellet system is also semi-difficult to fill and unreliable. Our SDG replacement end caps have a schrader valve installed in them which is recessed into a pocket to protect them from damage. This protective feature also allows the shocks to be serviced and recharged using a standard no-loss chuck.
These reservoir end caps are made from 6061 billet aluminum and have been black anodized then engraved with our SDG logo. These end caps have an o-ring based "schrader valve cap" which threads onto the schrader valve and seals it into the recessed pocket. This fully protects it from dirt, debris, mud, or sand. Our SDG replacement end caps also come with a new o-ring for re-installing the replacement end cap back into the shock reservoir.

What makes SDG spring kits different from stock springs?
SDG spring kits use race-proven dual-rate designs tuned for your exact model. They restore ride height, improve comfort, and eliminate bottom-outs — the same setups used by championship race teams.
Do bundles qualify for financing?
Yes. SDG offers “Ride Now, Pay Later” financing for all complete systems.
What’s included in the SDG suspension bundle?
Each bundle includes SDG spring kits, reservoirs, clevis & shaft upgrades, and sway bar or limit strap options — all tuned to work as one system.
Do SDG spring kits fit both 2-seat and 4-seat models?
Yes. Each kit is vehicle-specific and includes the correct rates and preload setup for 2-seat or 4-seat configurations. Just select your model at checkout.
Do I need to revalve my shocks after installing a spring kit?
Not usually. Our spring kits are tuned to work with stock valving, but a revalve can enhance performance if you’ve added major weight like cages or accessories.
What does the SDG reservoir do?
The SDG reservoir increases nitrogen volume and reduces internal pressure buildup. It prevents heat fade, oil foaming, and premature seal wear — keeping shocks consistent in long desert or dune runs.
What do the SDG clevis and shaft upgrades improve?
They increase durability and smooth travel by using precision-machined materials that resist deflection. It’s a race-grade upgrade for consistent handling.
Do spring hats help ride quality?
Absolutely. By maintaining consistent geometry, they prevent unwanted spring movement and reduce top-out harshness.
Why upgrade the shaft if my stock one isn’t broken?
Stock shafts can flex or score over time. Our race-grade shafts maintain tight tolerances and reduce internal wear — keeping damping consistent.
