Strengthen your rear suspension setup with a solid mounting solution built to handle demanding terrain and added load. This billet aluminum radius rod plate kit replaces the factory component on Can-Am Maverick X3 models with a purpose-built upgrade that reinforces a known stress point in the suspension system. It also adds integrated recovery utility for early models while keeping a clean, factory-aligned fit.
- Increase confidence under load with a thick CNC-machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum plate that replaces the factory radius rod mount and reinforces a common suspension failure point.
- Improve recovery and tie-down capability with an integrated 3D-machined billet hook point built directly into the plate for clean, functional use.
- Maintain precise factory alignment with CNC machining that matches OEM suspension mounting locations across model years.
- Support newer chassis layouts with included powder-coated steel brackets that work with 2022 and newer OEM stud locations.
- Keep a clean, durable finish with mil-spec anodizing and machined contrast cuts that help resist wear from dirt, debris, and weather exposure.
This kit is built from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and includes steel support brackets for 2022 and newer applications. The hook point is machined into the plate itself for a solid one-piece design. Installation is a direct bolt-in replacement that uses factory mounting points within the rear suspension system. The anodized aluminum and powder-coated steel finishes help protect against corrosion while keeping the suspension area looking clean and consistent.
