Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Within the United States

  • We currently ship only within the United States (continental U.S.).

  • Free shipping is available on qualifying orders.

  • Free shipping excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and any U.S. territories. Additional shipping fees may apply for these regions.

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–10 business days after processing.

No International Shipping

  • At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.

Delays & Issues

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at neil@sdgshocks.com with your order number and details. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
