DRT Motorsports Polaris XP1K/4/Turbo 64” (2014-2023) Hex Bar Radius Rod Kit (Master Kit-M10/M12) is designed to reduce weight, increase strength, and add adjustability to your radius rods in a stylish package. These rods are manufactured in the USA on state-of-the-art CNC equipment of aerospace grade 6061 aluminum. All rods are fully adjustable with left / right hand rod ends at each end for quick camber/adjustability. The DRT Motorsports Polaris XP1K/4/Turbo 64” (2014-2023) Hex Bar Radius Rod Kit (Master Kit-M10/M12) includes 2 sets of hardware M10 for early release vehicles and M12 for later released and Turbo vehicles. The M12 spacer can be used on M10 vehicles on the chassis side to upgrade the frame radius rod bolts for additional strength; drilling and purchase of new hardware will be required.

Complete replacement set of premium radius rods featuring improved strength, reduced weight, and increased durability over stock.

NOTE: Verify jam nuts are tight and installed with tread locker. The use of paint check to visually verify movement is recommended. Jam nuts should be inspected before each ride to make sure everything is tight and secure. These radius rods are all Left/Right adjustable.

Not usually. Our spring kits are tuned to work with stock valving, but a revalve can enhance performance if you’ve added major weight like cages or accessories.

The SDG reservoir increases nitrogen volume and reduces internal pressure buildup. It prevents heat fade, oil foaming, and premature seal wear — keeping shocks consistent in long desert or dune runs.

Do spring hats help ride quality?

Why upgrade the shaft if my stock one isn’t broken?
 

Stock shafts can flex or score over time. Our race-grade shafts maintain tight tolerances and reduce internal wear — keeping damping consistent.
