What’s included in the SDG suspension bundle?
Each bundle includes SDG spring kits, reservoirs, clevis & shaft upgrades, and sway bar or limit strap options — all tuned to work as one system.
Do SDG spring kits fit both 2-seat and 4-seat models?
Yes. Each kit is vehicle-specific and includes the correct rates and preload setup for 2-seat or 4-seat configurations. Just select your model at checkout.
Do I need to revalve my shocks after installing a spring kit?
Not usually. Our spring kits are tuned to work with stock valving, but a revalve can enhance performance if you’ve added major weight like cages or accessories.
What does the SDG reservoir do?
The SDG reservoir increases nitrogen volume and reduces internal pressure buildup. It prevents heat fade, oil foaming, and premature seal wear — keeping shocks consistent in long desert or dune runs.
What do the SDG clevis and shaft upgrades improve?
They increase durability and smooth travel by using precision-machined materials that resist deflection. It’s a race-grade upgrade for consistent handling.
Do spring hats help ride quality?
Absolutely. By maintaining consistent geometry, they prevent unwanted spring movement and reduce top-out harshness.
Why upgrade the shaft if my stock one isn’t broken?
Stock shafts can flex or score over time. Our race-grade shafts maintain tight tolerances and reduce internal wear — keeping damping consistent.
